Enjoy our California wine country get-away. Here are the current rates and deposits (which remain subject to change):
- Two night minimum stay
- Three night minimum for Federal holiday weekends.
- Advance security deposit of $700.00, billed to your credit card 10 days before arrival, refunded by check via mail after inspecting house and grounds.
- Does not include commissions and fees for VRBO, Home Away, or Flipkey.
*All rentals except for monthly rentals are subject to an additional 14% hotel tax. Additional fees are required for laundry room useage.
